Z`bar set to take a leaf from Germany, Britain

Zanzibar delegation is expected to visit German and Britain this month to learn the structure of the Government of the National Unity.

Impeccable sources told The Guardian that the delegation would be led by a committee comprising senior government officers which was formed to oversee implementation of the move towards formation of government of the national unity.

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Pandu Ameir Kificho confirmed the report, but said it was still too early for him to state the date for departure.

He said the decision was to allow the government executives to share experience on how the GNU can be operated after the Isles amended its constitution to allow the structure of the new government. “The plan is there and the government is working on it. I can not state when the delegation will leave the country but it is true Britain and German have shown interest to finance the training,” Kificho said

    Sawa Kake Kificho kinazidi kujifika. Ama huko UK na Ujerumani hakuna serikali ya umoja wa kitaifa bali kuna NSETO tu. Sasa abaa hawa waheshimiwa wetu si watapata darasa silo? Miye naona waende huko kwenye serikali ya umoja wa kitaifa wakajifunzi, ili watuelimishe na sisi.

    Juzi kwenye ziara ya Shamhuna kule Uswiss watu wengi walisema kenda kufanya nini. Leo wengine hao wanaleta hoja zao.

    Hivi niulize swali moja, kwani akili za binaaadam zote ni sawa? KWAOMTU hayo unayoyafikiria wewe kwa kuwa uko nje siyo wanayoyafikiria wale walioko nyumbani. Hayo unayoyajuwa wao hawajuwi. Hivyo hakuna ubaya kujifunza. Hata M/Mungu kaseema tembeeni kwenye ardhi ili mujifunze.

    Tumeona Uingerezamambo mangapi wanayaiga kutoka marekani au Australia, na wao hupeleka watu kwenda kujifunza. Ukimuona Obana kenda Afrika sikuwa anahamu nako, bali anataka kujifunza maisha ya Afrika.

    Usishangae hilo wazo lakujifunza kwenye hizo nchi zilizotajwa laweza kuwa limetoka kwa mtu hajuwi ndewe wala sikio.
